Right around the time a barrel of oil was around $150 USD I stumbled upon an article from an "expert" saying that the solution to resolve hunger was to give more money to poor countries in order to buy more tractors and more agrochemicals! So wrong! Then a thought popped into mind: " Do something! No matter what! Anything is better than nothing! ". Mission: increasing awareness of hydroponics and aquaponics as key tools in fighting hunger around the world.

Hello everyone! How I got into hydroponics is a long story...let's just say that it involves a lot of tedious farm work as a child, unsuccessful 'dirt' gardens of my own and a near electrocution from a semi-submersible hydroponic pump. I've learned that hydroponic gardening is the only way to garden for me and I've been working at it for several years now. I've built ebb/flow, nft, Mittleider, wick and passive systems and I'm always on the lookout for the easiest and most efficient means of hydroponic gardening...If you have questions, I would be more than happy to answer them...
I normally rates sites from 1 to 5, 5 being the top. Here below exactly what it means:

Avoid or skip site.
Spam sites. They look nice, they have some basic information but they are just an excuse to get clicks from you in order to make money with Google Ads or affiliates sites. Skip them!

Poor site.
Site that is lacking information. Not completed. Unfinished. Could be that there is no email or no way to contact the owner.
RATED 3
Average site or good site.
No more, no less! Nothing special to say. I always try looking around the site to find some special angle, something particular, but I can't find anything. There are sites that, when you looking at it, nothing comes in your mind! Also normal site. In others words, this is when I don't know what to say!

Very good site.
Better than an average site. When I found something to say about it! Could be that they have a list price that you can download, most of the stores don't have this. Could be that I learned something new, whatever angle it is! In other words, there is a plus value somewhere.

A must site for whatever the reason. Biggest site. Hard to find information. Lot of information. Added value to the Internet. I was supposed to be there a couple of minutes and 10 minutes later, I am still there reading!
